In your orders always write the following data:

  • First name, Surname and/or Company name inclusive of VAT number in case of invoice request
  • Address of delivery and/or invoicing
  • E-mail address
  • Product code
  • Product name
  • Quantity

 

Privacy Policy

General Policy – We protect the privacy of our customers. We share only that data necessary for validation of credit transactions and obtainment of payment, verification of identity, shipping and billing addresses .

Personal data – We inform you that your personal data will be processed as stated by Article 10 of the Italian Law N° 675/1996 on personal data security. It's your right, however, have them altered or deleted, in particular, should they be inaccurate, in accordance with the above mentioned law.
We use the information you provide about yourself only to complete the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transaction may include: administering a service, such as email; completing an order; shipping a product; replying to support requests; or contacting you.
We do not share this information with outside parties without your permission except to the extent that is necessary to administer the services we offer our Clients or to comply in responding to court orders or other legal proceedings.

 

Shipping

The delivery of goods will be, according to your choice, via:
- express courier with a charge of € 90.00 for transport expenses;
- ems (international mail) with a charge of € 30.00 for mailing expenses.

 

Payment

- Visa credit card or bank transfer: with a charge of € 90.00 for express courier shipment and € 30 for ems shipment.
Some equipment orders may require extra fees due to their size, weight etc. We will provide a high level of effort to dispatch your equipment on time. Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer once the goods have been passed to the carrier. Insurance liability is therefore that of the buyer.

In case of credit card payment, for your security we suggest to:
- send us back, filled in with your credit card data, our credit card form together with copies of front and rear of your credit card at the following fax number: +39 080 407.311.87
- or phone at the following number +39 080 302.65.30 to communicate your credit card type, credit card number, expiry date and user name.
For bank transfer payment you will be contacted by email to receive our bank data.

 

Orders


For all orders paid by visa credit card we require a copy of back and front of your credit card as well as our credit card form to charge your card the amount of the order plus the cost of transport. You can fax it to us at the following number: +39 080 407.311.87. Unless you pay via bank wire transfer, your order will not be shipped until we get the documents listed above.
Please keep in mind that there might be a charge of customs duty or brokerage fee imposed by your government or other entity in your country on items received from Italy. You are responsible for all custom and brokerage fees, duties and taxes that are imposed when these goods are imported into your country. Since these fees will vary from country to country, we do not know what your fees will be and advise you to contact your local government customs agent to determine the rates. In the event that any custom fees are billed to our shipping account, these fees will automatically be billed to your credit card. To avoid delay in receiving your product from customs, be sure that you provide us with a phone number where they can reach you when your product arrives. All prices are in Euros. If you are a non-EU customer, your credit card company will convert your order's total from Euros to local currency. We do not have control over the exchange rate, but you can get an idea by checking this site http://www.xe.com. Please verify all details before placing your order.

 

Guarantee

We guarantee our products are free from defects. In case you receive defective products you have to inform us as soon as possible, and in any case within ten (10) days, via registered letter with return receipt and we will replace the product or issue a refund.

All shipped items are insured. Inspect your order when it arrives. It is unlikely that anything might be damaged as we pack our orders well, but we do not want you to risk. Do NOT sign for a damaged parcel without a full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify your local express courier within 24 hrs.

 

Right of Withdrawal

As stated by the Italian Legislative Decree No 185/1999, you have the right to withdraw from the sale agreement without penalties and without giving any explanation within ten (10) working days from the receipt of the goods. All you have to do is to inform us of your intention to withdraw from contract (indicating how you desire to be reimbursed) with registered letter with return receipt. Within the same term you can also send a telegram or a telefax as long as you provide to send confirmation via registered letter with return receipt within the subsequent 48 hours. Within the same term you have to return the goods, at your expenses and under your responsibility, in perfect condition. We will reimburse the money as soon as we have received the goods and checked that they are in perfect condition.

 

Returns for Refund or Exchange

We are committed to your satisfaction, and will happily process our return or exchange accordingly to our policies, but please follow our procedures. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you have 10 days from the day of purchase to return it for a credit or exchange, providing the following conditions have been met. To ensure that you are properly credited, YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number which must be displayed on the outside of the package. No return or exchange is accepted without an RMA number.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Form (PDF format) must be completed to obtain a refund or exchange. A copy of this form should be included with the return package, and a second copy of this form should be emailed to info@digitalvoicerecorders.net or faxed at the following number: +39 080 407.311.87. Please be certain that returned merchandise is in original condition and in its original carton. The undamaged product must be returned prepaid, safely wrapped and protected from shipping damage, complete with original product packaging and included promotional items and instruction manuals. We will provide a refund for a complete return meeting these terms minus the restocking fee, otherwise the refund will be issued based on the condition of the returned product and value of missing items. Please understand that we cannot accept goods that are returned incomplete or in obviously "used" condition. Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt, and refunds are credited or mailed within 2 weeks of processing. A 15% restocking fee is applied to cover our return processing, credit card fees, packing, shipping, and other restocking expenses unless an error is made by us.
